Mobile, Alabama AKA The Azalea City is home to these beautiful flowering shrubs since the Eighteenth Century. In 1929 with encouragement of Mr. Sam Lackland and the Mobile Junior COC, locals were asked to line the streets with these beautiful bushes. These bushes in Chinese culture are known as the “thinking of home bush”. We think we could say the same for Mobile culture.
